King Triton Construction provides varying levels of warranty for the installation of decks, coatings, and use of Gaco products.

This warranty covers specific defects in materials and workmanship related to the Product.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE

Warranty Period:

Deck and Coating Workmanship: The warranty begins on the date of installation of the Product and continues for 1 year.

Gaco Products: A 20-year manufacturer warranty is provided by Gaco, (purchaser must register with Gaco to receive warranty.)

If the original purchaser registers with Gaco, King Triton Construction will extend workmanship warranty to 5 years.

Product Coverage:

Deck and Coating Workmanship: The company warrants that the workmanship for the deck and coatings will be free from defects for 1 year from the installation date.

Gaco Products: A 20-year manufacturer warranty is provided by Gaco, (purchaser must register with Gaco to receive warranty.)

If any defects are discovered during the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

Natural degradation or wear and tear of the wood or concrete substrate on which the Product is applied.

Damage to the Product or substrate resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, or any other external environmental factors.

Any modifications or alterations made to the Product without the Company’s prior written consent.

KING TRITON CONSTRUCTION LIFETIME WARRANTY

Making a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide written notice to the Company within 30 days of discovering a potential defect. The notice should include a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase and installation date.

The company will assess the warranty claim and, if found valid, will determine whether to repair or replace the defective Product. Any repairs or replacements will be subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product. Any warranty claims must be made in accordance with the procedures outlined above. The remedies provided in this warranty are the exclusive remedies for the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability:

King Triton Construction's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product, and in no event will the company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
